Director of Clinical Operations

Driven by oncology-dominated innovative product portfolio and international growth strategy. The Director, Clinical Operations will be responsible for, but not limited to following:

BA/BS or equivalent degree in sciences or health-related field required; advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of trial management experience with a proven track record for delivering clinical projects within time, budget and quality expectations.

Deep understanding of clinical development within one or more Phases of trials (Phase I, II, III, IV) and a working understanding of cross functional drug development.
Scientific learning agility to quickly develop a sound working knowledge of new therapeutic areas.
Excellent communication skills and team building skills to establish and build relationships within, between and across organizations.
Strong organizational skills with problem solving and team leadership expertise.
Excellent project management skills, including risk assessment and contingency planning.
Thorough knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements for clinical development.
Ability to handle a high volume of tasks within a given timeline.
Required to work onsite at the company’s Princeton location.

Location:NJ

Working time: 40 hours per week.
